Specialization

I have over 25 years of experience, and advanced training, in negotiations, communications and marketing. My specialty is representing clients in the buying and selling of condominiums, townhouses, single-family residences and income property for the following cities and neighborhoods: San Jose (downtown, Willow Glen, Blossom Valley, Almaden Valley, North Valley, Evergreen, Cambrian, East Valley); Campbell, Milpitas, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Gilroy, Monte Sereno and Morgan Hill. I keep current on all of the transactions in these areas and can readily provide information about the Real Estate market, neighborhoods and schools.

Personal

I was born in Mexico City. I am proud to be a United States citizen as of 1997. Throughout my life, I have had the privilege of living in different places--Europe, Latin America and the United States. Thanks to this multicultural exposure and further education, I am better prepared to understand and serve my diverse clientele's individual needs. My hobbies include: enjoying music, spending time with my family and friends, theater, movies, hiking, snow shoeing, reading, educating myself to better serve my clients and community, and traveling. I strongly support Habitat for Humanity, the Northern California Cancer Center, and the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Event (of which I was a participant in 2001 & 2002).
